It's April~ That means spring is in full swing and, for most of us, it's time to (finally) enjoy some warm weather as well as fun activities.
Let's quickly check out what's been going on at Kakao. This week's highlight includes the 1st anniversary of Kakao Taxi and some pics of our volunteer program in Vietnam:

Since launching in March 31, 2015, Kakao Taxi has emerged as the premier taxi app in Korea. It now boasts approx. 8 million users with more than 210,000 participating drivers. The anniversary was big news here in Korea, and we announced some terrific milestones, especially in terms of increased driver revenue.

Kakao (continued from Daum before it) has had a long tradition of global CSR programs specifically designed for young students. In March, various Kakao volunteers headed to Hanoi, Vietnam for a fun-filled 8 day program involving more than 90 students. You can check out some photos from Kakao's 13th global volunteer trip below:
